Homegrown Revolution

In the midst of a densely urban setting in downtown Pasadena, radical change is taking root. For over twenty years, the Dervaes family have transformed their home into an urban homestead. They harvest nearly 3 tons of organic food from their 1/10 acre garden while incorporating many back-to-basics practices, as well as solar energy and biodiesel.

Yogin

Yogin is the story of a brash young yogi challenging an old master to a yoga battle. The egotistical challenger thinks he has what is necessary to take on the master however he fails to realize there is more to yoga then physical postures.

Unearthing the Pen

Even longer ago, white men came and took away the children to make them fight in their wars, using the pen to enlist them.

The boy still suffers from the cultural consequences of this symbolical curse.

Unearthing the Pen is an intimate portrait of a boy's struggle to reconcile tradition with his desire to learn.

The 73rd Regiment

The 73rd Regiment follows the story of a regiment during a futuristic civil war.  A film crew has decided to film the regiment when they are in battle to show the world what they go through.  The crew is led by a sergeant named George Dune.  We meet the soldiers in documentary-style interviews before the battle.

What Happens in Flagstaff

Four high school friends part ways after graduation and reunite a year later for a road trip.  They realize how much they have changed and may not be the friends they thought they were in high school.  Unforeseen circumstances help them understand that despite their differences, they still remain connected through inner links and the true heart of friendship.

BAG IT

Americans use 60,000 plastic bags every five minutes, disposable bags that they throw away without much thought. But where is “away?” Where do the bags and other plastics end up, and at what cost to the environment, marine life and human health?

Great Expectations

A drying handkerchief is tempted by the noble fly of cranes.  After much struggle, it escapes and with great courage, it launches out in an adventure beyond its powers. It reaches out to see its dream come true but some things are impossible.
